The SUPER 1968 QCODW quick-closing oil drain valve is used to drain oil from ammonia (R717) systems that hold refrigerant under pressure, typically at oil pots and vessel drains. The spring-loaded valve closes as soon as the handle is released, which prevents an unnecessary refrigerant leak during draining. Manufactured by the SUPER group; machined in-house at our Sonipat CNC plant.
